About Alquimia.
Deploying AI agents inside a regulated organization is, today, a choice between two compromises. The first is a closed vendor platform: it works, but the organization cannot see what the agent does, how it does it, or what it would cost to leave. The second is a stack of open frameworks: it is inspectable, but no one team is responsible for it, and nothing in it was designed to be operated at production scale.
Neither passes a serious audit.
Neither is a platform.
Alquimia exists to remove the choice. We build the Low-Code platform layer for AI agents in organizations — the layer where agents are designed, deployed, observed, governed, and replaced — running on the infrastructure the organization controls, on code the organization can inspect, with components the organization can swap.
Our work is shaped by the customers that demand it: regulated organizations where AI cannot be a black box. For them, governance is not a feature; it is the precondition. We design for that precondition first, and let everything else follow.
Continuity over personality.
Alquimia is built and operated by a multidisciplinary engineering team across software, platform, and applied AI, structured for continuity over personality. Every component has at least two owners. No contributor is load-bearing. The roadmap is shaped collectively, reviewed quarterly, and stays visible to our customers.
We do not publish individual bios on this page. When our work is the platform that runs inside your datacenter, the platform is what matters.

Not a position.
A mechanism.
Alquimia is built on an open source base. This is not a position; it is a mechanism. It is what makes the platform inspectable line by line, replaceable component by component, and free of vendor lock-in by construction.
